wow

today, i am overwhelmed by the responsibility of raising kids. not only making sure they are fed and happy but raising them to love god. man i wish there were a formula! however, i have found a key that is invaluable!
i remember when alexa was born and i was questioning my choices and worried about different things...i went to my mother in law and asked her some questions. she told me that when raising her kids whenever she was unsure or her kids were acting differently, anything...she would pray and god would drop ideas into her head. sounds good, huh?
well i have followed her advice and i must say that he does answer. there is something special about our great, big god caring about how to get your child to eat their veggies. that he cares so much he will give you strategies.
so today i am thankful that i have a great big god who cares about little 'ole me!
