wow

god never fails to do something for us...when we do something for him!

we had an awesome service yesterday. during our prayer and fasting i have been asking god to speak something to me for the new year and to give me fresh passion for him. after having baby 2 i have felt so tired and it has affected my relationship with god (not having energy, and just wanting to relax).

on sunday, we took communion and there was an altar call for prayer...i went up because i still have my kidney stones. dad and gwen were praying and then we began to sing *let it rain*. it got so intense. something (the holy spirit) came upon me and i just began crying out for more of god. there are times when your emotions are crying out for god and there are times when the deepest part of you are crying out for him. needless to say, when we ask for more of him, he answers. the bible says that he will *will* us to desire to do what pleases him...and seeking him does that.

i would just encourage everyone to choose to seek him, to desire to know him more this year than you ever have.
