garden

we planted our garden this weekend. i know nothing about them, but andre does. we hit home depot (thanks for the gift certificate anne)and got some seeds and plants. andre and alexa dug out the garden and planted the seeds while i brought the cobblestone for andre to lay. it was fun, but a lot of work! i am excited to see how it does!

so, at church yesterday we heard a sermon about the seasons of god, knowing them and acting with them. there was an illustration about dandelions and how they just pop up and there is nothing you can do about it (like seeds that have been planted in us).

on the way home from church andre and i were talking about different things that the lord showed and spoke to us through the sermon. good times. on monday morning we both commented about how we looked outside and there was an abundance of dandelions....like triple the amount that was there the day before. i took that as a sign from god that it is my *springtime*.
