valentine's day has always been kind of a big deal in my family. my dad always got me a *special* gift and my mom always got my brother a *special* gift. well lots has changed and we don't really get them anymore. but i loved getting something from my dad, so that is something that we now do with our kids. and i usually get something great from andre too! this year, due to illness i have not gotten out to get andre anything (hopefully this morning everyone will feel up to going out).
this morning, andre gave us a tulip plant with three flowers and told us each flower we were...alexa was really into this. here are a few pics. have a wonderful valentine's day!
