our yard is an embarrassment!
i will stop with that and say that andre is in the process of completely re-doing our backyard. it turns out that in all that stuff andre has *collected* there are good pieces of wood. andre started on the project yesterday...these are the before pictures...

You're right...that's bad. ;) Your yard was really cute when we were there. I'm sure it will be again after the re-do. Be sure to post pics after it's done.
