i went to 'cake school' last night as alexa calls it. very interesting...
the thing i was not expecting was to 50 (or more) dollars i will need to buy in supplies, or the cake and double/triple batches of icing i will need to bake every monday (it has to be fresh) and take to class. the teacher is not messing around! last night we watched her decorate a cake and explain things then we practiced a few things. turns out i wasn't the worst one in the group! i will take pictures of the cakes i make so you all can be jealous :)

i'm thoroughly impressed. you are seriously joel's dream wife as far as the baking dept. :) so fun that you are taking that class.
that is all pam...andre is soo into it as well. andre told me that as a kid they *always* had desserts.
oh man that is awesome. I wish i was there to taste the finished products
