i was sitting here thinking (as i sit on the couch..i would be eating but i am fasting meat and sweets) that i really wish that i loved to work out. the few times that i have started haven't lasted. i think if i didn't have to worry about kids getting taken care of i'd be a little better. still, not that into it. i get so tired so quick! i was watching the biggest loser last night (i am a huge fan...especially love eating junk while watching!) and they were going nuts working out...i mean 1 of them threw up because he was working so hard. i just thought to myself...yea right! anyway, i wish that i wanted and enjoyed working out.

welcome to the world that most of us live in *LOL*... I don't MIND working out... (obviously i don't do it *LOL*)... but i LOVE taking the Cardio Kickboxing class... sometimes it's a better motivator when you're in a class like that because the time goes SO quickly... and it's not boring like walking on a treadmill or doing the elliptical for 1/2 hour then jumping on the Nautilus equip. to tone for another 1/2 hour *LOL*... (ok... it works for me WHEN I can get myself to the gym at 8 am on a saturday morning *LOL*)

Yeah I dont think anyone wants to work out.The best workout you can get Kris is lifting jossy over and over.. hehe jk...love you bagossy

oh my gosh this is hilarious I was just thinking the very same thought this morning.
and as for "biggest loser" I am SO GLAD you like that show too. In the summer when I was going through my "stay home and watch t.v every night" phase I felt like such a loser because no one else I knew watched that thing heheheh
