to keep tink occupied the other day i showed her a catalog that came in the mail. i told her to circle the things she likes..then explained that it in NO way meant she was actually going to get any of it ;)
anyway, when kim the speech therapist came alexa took the catalog over and showed her. kim said, 'santa is going to be busy this christmas'. tink looked at her (quite confused) and said, 'who is santa? christmas is jesus' birhtday.' kim just smiled at her.
it was too funny.
so this brought me to a little something i am going to have to figure out. explain who people *think* santa is and h0w to get tink to understand why she shouldn't tell people he is not real. she tends to just blurt out the truth (a good quality).
