christmas decorating

we started our decorating night at starbucks drinking some coffee and hot chocolate. grandma and grandpa met us there. grandma had some kind of soy, decaf something and tried to share with tink, but tink let her know that she is too little for coffee (she thinks she is too young for butter also!

this is our first year doing stockings...i never did them growing up, so this is fun for me! we bought the cheap-o's at target and put our names on them in glitter. (don't strain your eyes trying to see the name on the 5th stocking...it says baby on a piece of paper that we pinned on the stocking.) this year, we are doing a few little gifts in the stockings and a 'spiritual' present. we had decided to start the tradition of giving our children a 'real' bible with a cover and a letter written it on their 2nd christmas...so that is what joss will get. tink is getting a hillsong kids dvd...since she loves to dance and needs to learn some moves that do not include shaking her butt
