i am not sure where exactly this came from, but whenever we would go into salem in october (halloween month) it would be soo hard to park (still is). so, we started saying, 'we are the landlords of this city and we want a parking spot' out loud. it very, very often works. so, i decided that the we are landlords of the whole north shore area and say it all the time. i especially need to say it when i go to the ob...parking is terrible (it is next to the hospital)

yesterday we all went to the doctors and alexa said, 'we live in the city and we want a parking spot in jesus name. and i rebuke you'. it was hilarious...but we found a spot!
