happenings

we have been keeping pretty busy and trying (well i am) to keep my mind off of the fact that i am feeling miserable and cannot wait for this baby to come!
we went to ruthie's polka dot party this weekend. the girls were so excited for polka-dots.

we also painted the baby's room! it is sooooo green! it looks good though...when you get used to the glow! the girls helped for about 5 minutes and then that was enough for me! hmm, this picture doesn't show the color. maybe i'll get some pics of it soon!

a few more updates:

andre: doing way too much! he is so great. he has been taking care of everything! i haven't made dinner in...i can't even remember. he also cleans up, gets the girls breakfast, gets me water in the middle of the night and listens to my complaining. but i am thoroughly enjoying it because i know those days will be quickly coming to an end :(

me: i am being induced on monday the 9th..hurray! although i would welcome the baby coming sooner and i am so cool with being able to 'plan'. that is all i will say about me!

alexa: continues to come up with horrible and random names for the baby. she is so excited and cannot wait for the baby to come. she is talking (if possible) more and more and more. i have even used the lines 'if you don't really have anything to say, don't say anything' and 'you don't need to talk just to talk'.

joss: too funny! she is stuck between wanting to be a baby and a big girl. with us she wants us to carry her like a baby and treat her like a baby. however, when she is with alexa she wants to copy everything! she is even using the potty and if i had a little more energy she'd be potty trained (don't judge me!). she is also into falling asleep (pretending on course) anywhere and everywhere. you should see it.
