the kids had their check ups this morning and all is well.
alexa is at a whopping 22 lbs and 32.5 inches. she is not fond of the doctor. as soon as we go into the waiting room, she starts fussing. alexa is getting so big! she repeats what you tell her, and loves jobs! she helps unload the dishwasher, switch laundry, and help wash dishes. we started a chore chart with her, and she is way into the magnets. she is big into singing and doing any kind of art project. she got an easel for christmas which she loves! she will actually stay put for a half an hour with a 'project'. we are often reminded that she is quickly approaching 2 and getting a mind of her own! she is very obedient though...it is great as a parent to hear that your kids are enjoyable and mind adults. she is very busy with music class, swimming class and gymnastics. her music teacher is very impressed with her ability to keep a beat...maybe a drummer like uncle matt! so, needless to say we are having lots of fun with our ever-growing alexa!
joss weighed in at 16 lbs and is 26 inches long...just about off the charts! she is a happy little baby! she just smiles and laughs at you...you don't even have to be talking to her...just around her! we are enjoying her at this stage where she just can;t get enough of us talking to her! we are in the process of taking away her binky (pray for us) and sleep training. it worked great with alexa and she is a wonderful sleeper. "agee" is her favorite sound to make.

I laughed really hard when I read that Joss is off the charts lol the fact that she's so fat makes me happy, I dont know why. she's a beautiful fatty, and I love it. and let's not forget that the first person to notice that tink is a natural on the drums was not LISA lol
