a repeat

well jossy had another accident today! ahhh, it was terrible! the kids woke up like usual and jossy was running over to her chair for breakfast, tripped and hit her forehead on the hope chest. i ran to get her (i saw it happening but couldn't get there in time) and blood just started gushing everywhere. i believe i screamed 'andre the blood is gushing everywhere!" after looking at it it became appareant that we needed to go to the er. so we left alexa here with danny and headed off. we were there for 4 hours! and jossy got 4 stitches. the actual suturing was terrible! they wrapped her up in a sheet so she couldn't move and she just screamed. thank god andre was there because i couldn't look and he rubbed her and talked to her the whole time. one new expereince down and lots more to go! (on a side note jossy said a new word, 'owwww' or screamed a new word)

this is waiting for the triage nurse

watching tv in the er

home and all stitched up

poor kid! she is a trooper, smilling while in the ER.. there's always one kid who gets all the scars... this confirms my suspicions that Jossy totally takes after Andre... who very accident prone as a kid! so glad she's ok!

I was just saying the other day that I dont remember Jossy getting hurt as much as Alexa did at her age. but in the last two posts im being proven wrong. But give her a squeeze for me.

She may be fast approaching Henry's record for drawing blood! (5 times the other day!!) We're praying for no scar, too!
