i am happy to be on the subject of baking today!
last week alexa, joss and i made a rainbow cake
(from that new cake book that i bought). alexa
chose it and i was glad because it was pretty simple. anyway, it was a lot of fun to make (educational too) and great to eat!

i cut 2 round cakes in half
hilarious...joel just laughed at me ALOT for not figuring that one out. what can i say...i definitely don't have any engineering gifting, that's for sure.
you've got to start making and selling cakes. period.
