i am *barely* preganant and i am already sick of people asking me about the sex...specifically questions or comments like:
* will you try again if it's a girl (asking me if they i am having more kids while pregnant is not a good time)
* what will you do if it's a girl (umm nothing, what would you suppose i do?)
* you really need to have a boy (ummm no i don't!)
* i hope for you that it's a boy (why do you care?)
* you would understand if you had a son (speechless)
* boys are so much harder than girls (how do you know? have you been raising MY kids?)
* poor andre, he must really be hoping for a boy (he actually really likes girls)
* every man wants a son (but we don't always get what we want do we???)
i can't think of anymore right now but i know i have heard some more...and to my face! i am thinking about seriously not telling anyone the sex of the baby because i don't want to hear any of their comments! like having girls makes me any less of a mom or has made me miss out on anything!
ou baby is exactly what god gave us...exactly what is our family needs. so, if you want to make a boy comment to my face...please reconsider!

you are funny. loved your rant session. seriously, made me smile. it's so funny to me how much people can get on other people's nerves. i know they do mine anyway. your 'boy' questions are probably equally as irritating as our 'quantity' questions. people crack me up.
finally a rant! sheesh... this blog has suddenly got a lot more exciting heheh. anyway, tink and joss have obviously proved what we all already knew...girls are awesome ;) and you can never have too many!!! can't wait to meet baby ebersole #3!!
I just have to say I love reading your blog! I think it is awesome you tell it like it is! It is a rare and admirable quality. I know how irritating it can be to have to answer questions that you have absolutely no answer for or answering questions that are more like statements or opinions imposed on you. So, I say Kristin with all due respect, keep doing what you're doing, because you and Andre are doing something right. And this is coming from someone who has only met you twice. Can I get an Amen?
amen!
*AHAHAHHAHA*... this really made me laugh!!! those are the things that we ask when we have no idea what to say... but since we just feel the NEED to talk... that is the 'stuff' that comes out. *LOL* Seriously... you got a great thing going... your girls are so awesome... the new little one will be just as great whether or not it's a boy or girl...
